Endicott College ABSN Program

Program angle: Clinical experiences start in the very first semester and culminate in a 1:1 internship — an early, hands-on clinical model that reflects Endicott’s experiential-learning roots.

Endicott College’s Accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing (ABSN) gets students into clinical settings fast — hands-on experiences begin in the first semester rather than after a long stretch of classroom-only work. Built for career changers and recent graduates who already hold a bachelor’s degree in any field, the 62-credit program leads to a BSN in 16 months.

Delivered through the Cummings School of Nursing & Health Sciences in Beverly, Massachusetts, it follows a cohort model with small classes, personalized advising, and a signature 1:1 internship that gives students individualized clinical exposure.

Coursework blends classroom instruction, lab, simulation, and clinical rotations across diverse healthcare settings.

Accreditation and Approval

The baccalaureate nursing program at Endicott College is accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE) and is annually reviewed and granted full approval by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Nursing. Clinical and Hands-On Training

The 1:1 internship is a distinctive feature, pairing students with individualized clinical experience, and the cohort model supports networking that aids job placement after graduation.
